Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using PlaylistGrow.

1. About PlaylistGrow

PlaylistGrow provides digital playlist promotion services to help artists grow their presence on Spotify. We are based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. PlaylistGrow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Spotify AB or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility

Our service is available to private individuals. Use of PlaylistGrow for commercial resale or agency purposes is not permitted without prior written agreement.

3. The Service

We promote your Spotify track to our network of playlist curators. We guarantee that your track will be placed on playlists with combined listener reach meeting or exceeding the level specified in your package. We do not guarantee specific stream counts or monthly listener numbers, as these depend on how listeners engage with playlists.

4. No Bot Policy

All placements are on real playlists run by real curators. We have a strict no-bot, no-fake-stream policy. Using artificial streams violates Spotify's Terms of Service and we will never do this.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through your account dashboard before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the next billing date may still result in a charge for that period.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your campaign does not deliver the promised playlist reach, we will first attempt to boost your placements. If we cannot meet the promised reach, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests are evaluated per the criteria on our Refund Policy page. Refunds are not available for campaigns where the promised reach was delivered.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid transaction is a violation of these Terms. Users who initiate unjustified chargebacks will be held liable for the chargeback fee plus the original transaction amount, and their account may be suspended.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use PlaylistGrow to promote content that is illegal, hateful, or violates Spotify's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any submission at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on playlistgrow.com — including text, design, and code — is owned by PlaylistGrow and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PlaylistGrow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
