Monthly Subscription Charge
If you are subscribed to one of our music promotion plans, the most likely reason for a charge is the recurring monthly subscription fee. This charge ensures that your music continues to get promoted and featured on relevant playlists.

Billing Cycle: Your card will be charged on the same day each month, corresponding to the date you initially signed up.

If we were unable to charge your card due to for example having a low balance, we might try again to charge your card within 1-2 weeks after the initial date.
