- Not received the right playlist placements
- Results were not good enough

You are eligeble for a refund if:
- You where billed again after canceling your subscribtion 4 days ahead of the next subscribtion payment.
- You are overall not satisfied with your campaign
- Playlist placements did not reach the listener reach.
We will look into your request and if you are eligeble for a refund we will contact you.
